These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9joya website, mobile interface, gaming platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of the 9joya Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. To register and maintain an account on 9joya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as a commercial agent.
• You do not hold an existing account on 9joya under any name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited for personal use.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 9joya or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not been self-excluded from 9joya or requested a cooling-off period that is currently in effect.
• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

9joya reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months for address verification.

Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation is a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, 9joya will permanently close the account, void all winnings generated from the account, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9joya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 9joya will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9joya immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 9joya may temporarily suspend your account while it investigates a suspected security incident.

Inactive Accounts: An account that shows no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 9joya will notify you by the contact method on file before applying any inactivity fee. A monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.

Account Closure Requests: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Pending bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

9joya supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes of submission, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider. 9joya is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, network congestion, or banking system outages. If a deposit does not credit to your account within sixty (60) minutes, you must contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering ("AML") measure is designed to protect your funds and prevent fraud. Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during normal operating hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

• Verification: 9joya may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held.
• Withdrawals to bKash / Nagad: The phone number registered on your bKash or Nagad wallet must match the phone number registered on your 9joya account.
• USDT Withdrawals: You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address. 9joya will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
• Currency: All real-money balances on 9joya are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the cashier.

9joya offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free credit, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are wagered only once the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses expire within a stated period from the date of issue if wagering requirements are not met. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• 9joya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse: 9joya employs active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds primarily for low-risk or mathematically zero-risk wagering strategies (hedging), collusion with other players, and any other behaviour that 9joya determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Confirmed abuse will result in the voiding of all bonus winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on 9joya are binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. 9joya will not be liable for bets placed in error, and no bet may be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format. 9joya reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or restrict maximum stake sizes at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the help section.

Cricket Betting: Cricket markets on 9joya cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In the event that a match is shortened due to weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where applicable. For markets where DLS cannot produce a result, bets will be settled according to the official result or voided at 9joya's discretion.

Casino Games: All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, crash games) use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. 9joya does not alter or manipulate RTP settings.

Maximum Payout: 9joya applies a maximum single withdrawal payout of ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh Taka) per week. Winnings that exceed this limit will be paid in instalments at 9joya's scheduling discretion. This limit does not apply to progressive jackpot prizes where separate terms apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9joya Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any later point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to live poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, or using 9joya to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute deposits made to 9joya through your payment provider. Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant legal bodies.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you do not have authorised access.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9joya support staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 9joya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 9joya or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 9joya content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.
• Use any 9joya trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.

Game content including titles, artwork, and audio provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 9joya uses this content under licence from the respective owners.

9joya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Without limiting the foregoing, 9joya does not accept liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or cryptocurrency network congestion.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data caused by a technical error. Where such an error has resulted in an incorrect payout, 9joya reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the account balance.
• Any loss or damage caused by viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material transmitted through the Platform or introduced through your own device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9joya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9joya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9joya will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. Any bets already placed and any promotions already claimed at the time an amendment takes effect will be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time of the relevant activity.

9joya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns have been detected that suggest match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or collusion.
• A regulatory requirement or court order necessitates account restriction.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against 9joya.

Upon termination for cause, 9joya may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

You may also terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9joya operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, bets, winnings, bonuses, or any other matter, you must first contact the 9joya support team at [email protected]. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. For complex matters, resolution may take up to twenty-eight (28) days.

9joya's decision on any dispute, made in good faith following a thorough review of the relevant facts, shall be final and binding. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be referred to binding arbitration. 9joya is not responsible for legal costs incurred by the player in pursuing a dispute.
